Valentine’s Day is almost here, annnnd we’re still amidst a pandemic. Small and local businesses need us more than ever, so I’m featuring a few of my favorites that you can support for your loved one, your BFF, your sweet kids, or maybe even yourself!
Disclaimer: Make sure to check with each individual business on shipping/production times. Most small shops are doing local pick-up, deliveries and preorders. Better to order early before you run out of time!

What’s Valentine’s Day without SUGAR?! Rather than just buying chocolates from the grocery store, spoil your loved one a bit with treats from your local bakery. JBABakes in Waynesville is already taking preorders for her custom cookies. (The Schitt’s Creek ones, OMG!) But order fast before she sells out. Cleveland friends, head on over to the Van Aken District on the east side for a variety selection from multiple local bakers.
Another Valentine’s Day classic? Flowers<3 Truly I am a girl that loves a floral arrangement year-round. My girl Kasey, owner and florist of Kindly Grown is taking preorders in Waynesville for her one-of-a kind bouquets. If you’re in Cleveland, pop over to Lakewood and check out Blossom Flower Bar. You can create your own arrangement right there, or preorder one of their beautiful bouquets.

Camille, owner of Impress has the cutest Valentine’s Day cards for everyone in your family. Her custom designs can be shipped; so even if you’re not in Cleveland, you can still shop her store. (Check out her other services too! Psst, BRIDES!)
A special thank you to Camille for gifting me a set of custom cards. I can’t wait to send them out to my loved ones!
Sweet Brie Co charcuterie boards is a new-to-me business. But oh my gosh.. how beautiful?! These two Cleveland sisters are taking preorders for three different kinds of boards. This would be PERFECT for a girls night watching the Bachelor <3
And if you’re an independent type of girl, TREAT YOURSELF! Book a mani/pedi appointment, upgrade to that glass of bubbly, and know that loving yourself is the most important of all. *I just booked myself a pedicure at Manifest this weekend actually…. and momma is excited!
XOXO,
