You’ve picked your cake, your appointments are set, florals are ready to be arranged… and now it’s time for you to relax.
I’m here to help make your day go as smoothly as possible; coordinating your vendors, and making sure all of the puzzle pieces fit together perfectly. Ideally I would jump into your planning process 6-8 weeks out.
Leave the day-of stress up to me!
What to expect:
- At least two consultations
- Final walk-thru & rehearsal coverage
- Vendor collaboration
- Unlimited email and phone conversation a least 6 weeks prior
- Custom day-of itinerary
- Personal set-up and tear-down
- 10-12 hours of on-site coverage on your wedding day
Partial Planning
Need a bit more direction? partial planning may be your answer!
Partial planning is a step above event coordination, allowing me to guide you in your overall design plan and vendor collaboration; alongside managing day-of tasks. This service is perfect for couples that may need a little extra perfecting your wedding day look and feel. Ideally I would jump into your planning process 6 months out.
What to expect:
- At least four consultations
- Creating a design scheme for your wedding day
- Vendor recommendations and collaboration
- Unlimited email and phone conversation at least 6 months prior
- Custom day-of itinerary
- Personal set-up and tear-down
- Lead planner, plus associate coverage on your wedding day
- 10-12 hours of on-site coverage on your wedding day
